Catering & Event Services:
All catering services are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing, menus, and service offerings may vary depending on event size, location, and customization requests. A deposit may be required to secure event bookings. Additional details regarding payment, cancellations, and event logistics will be provided during the booking process.
Weekly Meal Orders:
Meal pickup orders must be placed within the ordering window listed on our website or menu announcements. Pickup times must be followed as scheduled. Propah Peppah is not responsible for food quality once meals have been picked up and transported by the customer.
Food Allergies:
While we take care in preparing our food, our kitchen may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, and soy. Customers with food allergies should notify us when placing an order.
Limitation of Liability:
Propah Peppah is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products beyond the cost of the services provided.
Changes to Terms:
Propah Peppah reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
At Propah Peppah, we understand that plans can sometimes change. Because our services require advance preparation, ingredient sourcing, and scheduling, the following cancellation and refund policies apply.
Catering Events:
A deposit may be required to secure catering services and reserve your event date. Deposits are non-refundable, as they guarantee the reservation of your event and preparation time.
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable, as food preparation and purchasing will have already begun.
In the event that Propah Peppah must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Weekly Meal Orders:
Meal orders for scheduled pickup must be canceled before the posted order deadline to receive a full refund. Orders canceled after the ordering deadline may not be eligible for refunds, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
Order Issues:
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or service so we can address the concern promptly.
